Rotary Club in Dundee, KwaZulu-Natal led a project to provide a minibus to transport local outpatients to appointments in Pietermaritzburg or Madadeni hospitals (both many miles away).
Our Rotary club contributed funding to the project. A Toyota 7 seater Avanza has been purchased and equipped and is now up and running with the help of four volunteer drivers.
It is wonderful to think that a project such as this can be supported by the common bond that is Rotary the world over without any thought of prejudice or self-interest and Romney Marsh are proud to have been a part of it

The Rotary in GB & I Disaster Recovery Trust opened an “Australian Bushfires” non-emergency appeal to raise funds. The donation we made went to helping affected communities in Australia after the fires had been extinguished and the rebuilding phase started.
The trust works with Rotary clubs and their volunteers by providing funds for long term, sustainable projects that will help those communities in the future.
